We’re excited to announce “Toasty Turbo”, now available for all our users!
Our commitment to our users is to provide a stable experience for video and audio conferencing.
And so, our team has worked extra hard upgrading our infrastructure in these few weeks to make sure this happens.
And it shows.
Here are a few things we’ve done to make the video conference experience the smoothest, ever.
Geo-sense awareness
We’ve deployed multiple (upgraded) video servers closer to you.
We now have special servers handling video and audio in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Your participants will automatically join the special server closest to them — you don’t need to lift a finger.
Supporting larger audiences in virtual events
We’re laying the groundwork to support larger audiences.
How?
For example, a 100-person virtual event, and now support dynamically adding servers as we detect a spike in user demand, on-the-fly.
Translation?
Online classroom of 80 people with breakout groups of 4?
Done.
Running a virtual office gathering and running icebreakers for 40 teammates in Singapore and 20 in New York?
No problem.
Whether your audience is concentrated in a few locations, or dispersed in many different locations around the world, you can still enjoy a smooth conference experience.
As a result, for users looking to host larger events and workshops, we can now support beyond the 50 participant limit.
